Returns & Exchange
We want all clients satisfied and will take back goods if notified within 3 days
of receiving your goods if the meet the requirements below ,
, Exchanges can be
made on defective or damaged merchandise if unused.
Acceptable reasons for an Exchange: Factory defect, wrong color/size was sent, or any
mistake made on the part from us.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: Color are darker/lighter than picture, item had
minor color differences or minor detail or wording differences from the picture, item does
not fit, I would rather have a different item, clothing damaged because of washing and
used item.
Customers are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their order/package. In case of
damage customers must send a digital image of damage and once we approve the return
customer must send back within 7 days (postmarked) OR we will refuse the shipment.
* Customer (you) need a RA number on your Return or we will not accept the package.
We generally will exchange goods as a courtesy if goods are available but we will not pay any
shipping costs and there is a handling fee.
If you need to cancel we can usually do that if you contact us within 6 hours of placing
your order - all cancelation are subject to a processing fee of 15%. After 6 hours cancelations will be subjest to
a order processing fee of 25% plus shipping fee will be charged to your account.
Shipping charges are never refundable under any circumstances.
In some rare cases if we give refund we will deduct the shipping fee and if the item had
free shipping on purchase then on the refund the shipping will be deducted as if it
had a normal shipping fee and we deduct a 25% restocking & handling fee from the
total.
